Return Policy
Once you have clicked the “place order” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@damienechols.com.
Please note that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by emailing the following information to info@damienechols.com with Problem Report in the subject line: Order number, a note with as much detail as possible about the issue, and any relevant photos to illustrate the problem as well.
Artwork, posters, books and/or limited edition products are sold as is. No refunds. No returns.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production partner and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Shipping
When your order is successfully placed, you’ll get an email confirmation with your order number. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. Once your order is on the way, we can’t redirect it.
Most orders take up to 3-7 business days to process before being shipped. You may experience longer processing times during peak shipping periods, like holidays.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a second email with an estimated delivery date and tracking number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses — including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories — as well as PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses (please note Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes). We also ship to Canada.
Orders to Canada generate an Int’l Economy Duties paid with tracking option (4-8 business days after fulfillment). This method can be useful for tracking packages so that they’re less likely to get lost in the mail.
